By and large, it was nice comfy base for sightseeing in Bath, had much fun and met courteous staff especially the receptionist that booked us in. We enjoyed the fact that outstanding breakfast included cereal, pastries, toast and fruit. Everything was simply good;)))

Outstanding staff, exceptional location, big beds. Magnificent view of volcano. Hotel was next to restaurants and bars. Plus, it was next to a train station and the rooms were very specious and fan-cooled. I really enjoyed that it was really close to Pizza Express, cause I prefer eating out.

The hotel was picturesque, but I stayed for 1 night only. Superb view, personalised service, amazing beds. A pleasant experience in the centre of Bath. Carpeted unit with utensils and plates.

Vintage rooms, lovely pool area. They provided lots of delightful choices for breakfast that was included. Everyone working at this upgraded hotel was very dedicated. I liked that the property was opposite a railway station.
